FAQ

Investor FAQ

Straight answers for specialist infrastructure partners — entity status, category, materials. No theater.

Is iResolved a public company?

No. iResolved, LLC is a private company. This site is not a stock listing, SEC EDGAR mirror, or public registration portal. Materials here are informational only.

Who is the legal entity?

iResolved, LLC is the legal entity. Solved. is the consumer brand and product family operated under that entity.

What category are you in?

Developer infrastructure — language project managers, runtimes, and deploy tooling under The Project Managers. See the thesis for the category argument. We are not a consumer product company.

What does Solved. ship?

A focused suite of systems and tooling. See the products page on this site and solved.gg/projects for the public roster.

Is this an early-stage / pre-product story?

Products list public Live surfaces where they exist. This site still refuses to invent ARR, headcount, or growth metrics. Diligence that requires private numbers moves offline under NDA — empty public Documents is intentional, not a stall.

Where can I find financial statements or metrics?

We do not publish financial statements, valuations, revenue figures, or growth metrics on this site. Public materials appear under Documents when approved; there is nothing confidential or fabricated here by default. Empty states are intentional.

How do I request materials?

Use the contact page or email investors@solved.gg. NDA or diligence materials are available only by request through private channels — not as a self-serve download on this site.

Where are product docs and support?

Product documentation lives at docs.solved.gg. Help and intake for product use is at in.solved.gg and general brand contact intake@solved.gg on marketing surfaces — not the IR primary channel.

Where are privacy and terms?

Product privacy and terms are published on the docs site (see docs.solved.gg legal pages). Investor-relations interpretation of this host is covered by our disclaimer.
