Modern engineering orgs run multi-language monorepos on toolchains that grew by accident — slow installs, brittle env setup, and package managers that were never designed for the scale of today’s graphs. Teams pay for that friction every day in CI minutes, developer focus, and ops toil.

Language package managers and runtimes are infrastructure, not apps. They sit on the critical path of every build. Rebuilding them with systems discipline — performance, clarity, honest dual-mode paths — is a decade-scale opportunity, not a plugin.
The Project Managers is a suite of language tooling under Solved.: rusty (Rust), scripty (JS), worgo (Go), pyppi (Python), yappy (native desktop), and deploy (Next → Cloudflare). Bottom-up for engineers; category-shaped for the long enterprise path.
This is software infrastructure that does not hockey-stick from month one. Correctness, dual-mode interop, Linux monorepo reality, and trust with developers take time. We treat that as a feature of the market — not a reason to chase the shiny token stream.
